Originally launched as a commercial cleaning company, Richard’s business acumen led him to pivot in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Recognizing a pressing need in the construction industry for better project management and client-contractor alignment, Richard rebranded the company as JGS Construction, focusing exclusively on construction management. Today, JGS Construction acts as an owner’s representative, managing complex commercial projects across the Southeast, including a recent high-profile project for a new Enterprise Rent-a-Car location in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Richard’s business philosophy is deeply personal. He believes that the heart of success lies in building strong relationships and assembling a dedicated team.
